William NewbyHelping people and businesses succeed has been Bill Newby's passion since he established his agency in 1977. A University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Economics graduate, Bill is also a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) and a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). His expertise and knowledge about the products and companies he represents make him invaluable to your business.



Jory G. Meilicke - Business Coordinator

Jory MeilickeJory has a broad and diverse background in employee benefits. She is a Marquette University graduate with a degree in Business Administration. She will work with you to answer any questions you may have in reference to your medical insurance and employee benefits. Her friendly and capable manner will assure you of our commitment to service and solutions for your needs.





Brian Allikas

Brian AllkiasBrian lives in Summit with his wonderful wife Megan, son Corbin and two dogs Divinity and Nellie. Brian has an Associate's and Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. With Brian's prior banking experience and attention to detail he makes sure the agenicies books are balanced.



Lauren Miketinac 

Lauren is a recent graduate from Carroll University with a degree in Marketing. She is currently working as a Project Coordinator at M&M Office Interiors, Inc. She is in charge of updating our social media accounts and working on our website.




Patty Newby

Patty is currently a senior at UW-Madison majoring in Economics. She is a licensed agent and has worked as an intern this past summer for AFLAC. Outside of spending most of her time in the libary, she helps with service work in the agency during her free time. We are looking forward to her joining the agency next summer on a full time basis.
