Workers Compensation Claims with Society Insurance Company

When you have a work-related injury at your place of business, here is what you'll need to do:

Employers should first address the immediate medical needs of their injured employee.

Call Society Insurance Company within 48 hours of the incident at 1-888-576-2438 to report the claim. Please have as much of the following information available as possible:

  • Company Name
  • Telephone Number
  • Name of Contact Person
  • Workers Compensation Policy Number
  • Details of the work-related injury
  • Name and contact information of the injured employee
  • Wage information if there is a potential for lost time from work

Please report Death claims via telephone to 1-888-576-2438 or fax 1-920-922-1071 within 24 hours. Society prefers the claim be reported directly to them.
