When you received all the documents from United Healthcare regarding your group policy, you were provided with a temporary username and password to register with their Eservices program. Since United Healthcare does not mail premium bills, it is very important that you register with Eservices using the username and password you were given.

To pay your premium by Eservices:
Visit the Anthem website. To use this service, you need to first register by clicking on the “register” button.
Log onto employereservices.com with your username and password. Select the option to print your bill. Mail or overnight the printed bill stub with your check payment to the address noted on the Employer Invoice.
